All products sold on lifeisturf.com are digital downloads (guides, ebooks, and similar resources). Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download has been delivered or accessed.
No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our guides, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
We'll make it right in the following situations:
- Technical issues: if you're unable to download or access your purchase due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we'll resolve it or issue a refund
- Duplicate purchase: if you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we'll refund the duplicate charge
- Product not as described: if a guide is significantly different from what was described at checkout, reach out and we'll review it

Free downloads (like sample chapters or the content calendar) are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds, since no payment was made.
